The target audience for this project is upper income professional adults. The marketing strategy focuses on the meats, which are all locally Ontario grown, antibiotic and hormone free, so you can feel good about what you are feeding your family. The deli is open for lunch and dinner and offers and array of hot and fresh food available for takeout or dine-in.
